A 6-Week Workshop for Bone Health, Strength, and BalanceDesigned for individuals with osteopenia, osteoporosis, or anyone who wants to:
• Build or maintain bone density
• Increase muscle strength
• Improve balance and prevent falls/fractures
• Enhance posture and body alignment
• Reduce or eliminate forward head carriage or kyphosis
