Join us for a sweet morning of movement, music, and meaningful connection designed especially for moms (or caregivers) and their little ones ages 0–5.

This Mommy & Me Yoga Playdate blends gentle, interactive yoga with playful connection time, helping little ones build body awareness, confidence, and calm — while giving moms space to slow down, breathe, and bond.

What the Morning Looks Like:

🧘‍♀️ 10:00–10:50am – Interactive Yoga Class

A playful, age-appropriate yoga experience designed just for littles and their grown-ups. Expect songs, movement, imagination, and lots of smiles.

🎉 10:50am–12:00pm – Open Play included

Enjoy sensory play, music, story time & puppetry, and The Motherhood Village's relaxed café while your little one explores and you connect with other moms.

Led by Jana Nayman, M.Ed., Counselor & Family Yoga Instructor, this experience is nurturing, inclusive, and welcoming to all stages of early childhood. Whether you’re in the newborn fog, chasing a busy toddler, or soaking up your preschooler’s sweet moments — this morning is for you.

Details:

• Ages: 6 mos–5 years
• Location: The Motherhood Village, 2902 N University Dr, Coral Springs
• Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle

Single Class: $35 per caregiver (inclusive of open play after class for one hour)

Discounted Class Series Rate: $150 per caregiver (inclusive of open play after class)
