New Year’s Interlude is Baltimore’s first Multisensory R&B New Year's Eve experience, where sound, scent, taste, and nostalgia blend into one unforgettable night.

Each cocktail on the menu is curated for a specific decade of R&B — from the soulful sway of the 70s, to the smooth grooves of the 90s, to the sultry bounce of the 2010s and beyond. Every 30 minutes, whichever drink is ordered most determines the next musical era to fill the room. That means the crowd doesn’t just set the tone — you become the vibe.

Sip through the decades while enjoying a premium open bar from 9 PM to 10 PM, followed by a complimentary champagne toast at midnight as we welcome the new year in rhythm and style.

Doors close at 11:30 PM, and the energy won’t stop until the clock does.
