We know it’s early, but we know this is what the community have asked for in those sleepy days post Christmas, before New Years when time is slower and indulgence has been high.

Please savoys some me time and prioritise self care ending the year soothed and regulated ❄️☺️
We are hosting an intimate 2 hour self care workshop
Start your last day of 2024 the right way
Details:
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for meditation.
Wear loose fitting clothing and bring layers for walking / being outside
This will take part at An Creagan (the yoga room is located to the right as you go into the main building) There is plenty of parking out the front of the building.
Tuesday 31 Dec New Years Eve 2024
9-11am
(Yoga room will open from 8:50am)
🌿Arrive to hot water & lemon to flush
🌿Enjoy hot lemon and ginger water to detox
🌿Set your intentions for the year and start to ease in with a cup of herbal tea
🌿Participate in a somatic stretch and flow to tune in to your inner body and its wisdom -Help clear the cobwebs in your body and flush stuck energy and emotions using our go to tools and props for fascia release, healing and stretch
🌿Rest with a cosy, warm guided meditation and enjoy some white space in this busy festive period (your nervous system will thank you)
🌿Enjoy a choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or herbal tea of your choice from the coffee shop
🌿Walk the 1km boardwalk whilst enjoying all the positive ions from the boglands, chatting and getting the cheeks rosy
🌿Finish off by gathering around the fire pit in the great outdoors to finish this gorgeous morning. Enjoy chatting and doing some new year reflections and prompts
