2025 was a year of shedding, endings and waiting - all a little bit frustrating! But 2026 is here will a bright and bold promise if we're open to it! Join Lauren Ellis-Stretch (@theplanetbody) and Susy Walsh (@susywalshwellness) for a day of celebration as we invite in this energy of braveness and boldness!
✨What's in store:
🪩 Shake the Dust - a cathartic movement practice that blends yoga, Pilates, bodyweight movement and free movement, to a banging soundscape. This is a ‘work in’, get sweaty and shake it all off!
☯️ Embodied Yin - a practice of being rather than doing where we sense and feel the body. Longer held, floor based shapes with a cocooning soundscape.
💎 Crystalline Sound Bathing - a sacred pause to be bathed in soothing crystalline vibrations.
🍱 Food and Refreshments - wouldn’t be a party without nibbles!
