Our family has continued this tradition for as long as I can remember and we are excited to bring it to our new Zero Dojo family and friends here in West Des Moines!
To bring in the New Year with positive habits and some fun, we have a late morning Kickboxing class with friends and family! We encourage members to bring friends and family to come sweat a little and have a good time with us New Year’s Day! Kick 2025 to the curb with us!
