Ring in the New Year with a Half Yoga Mala! We will move together to complete 54 Sun Salutations, all linked with beautiful breath. This fun and energizing practice is a long-standing favorite of the Healium community! A great way to come together and begin the new year with intention surrounded by community. Proceeds from the event will help fund Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship program!
