Join some crazy & adventurous folks on New Year’s Day at Morrisburg Beach (10:30AM) to ring in the new year with some pure adrenaline and good vibes!Why?
It’s supposed to be really healthy. You know all that pain you complain about? You won’t remember it exists for hours. And it’s a really fun and weird way to start 2026.
You’re going to laugh.
You’re going to hate me and yourself and everyone else for just a moment, when you drop your towel and run for the frigid water.
But then.. freakin’ bliss.
A real accomplishment you can be proud of and laugh at.
RSVP please.
Bring a towel, hot bevvie in a thermos, water shoes on your feet, and a warm car to run to afterwards.
We will warm up briefly on the beach with some movement, psyching ourselves up, and a jam on a portable speaker. Then we will all enter the 4 degree water at the same time.
It’ll be awesome.
My goal is to be submerged for at least a minute and dunk my head so I’m totally soaked.
You make your own goal.
Then we run out and celebrate the absurd achievement 😄
