Join us for this deeply restoring Yin Yoga & Mindfulness workshop, where we will pause and be still and set an intention and infuse the new year with positive change for the better!! We can use this time to reflect and let go of all that no longer serves us.
Open your heart to new possibilities and intention, we can set our "Sankalpa" which is a Sanskrit word which means will, purpose or determination, time to look inward time to be your very own best friend!!
All levels practice, to calm and find your centre. And a long Yoga Nidra guided meditation to end the practice, teas and treats will be served afterwards too...
