What would you like to manifest in 2025? Would you like to open up to your Higher Self/God/Spirit to envision the broader possibilities of how Life can unfold through you in the coming year? Sharon will lead you in a guided meditation that will help you access your Higher Self and release any limitations that may be blocking you from manifesting the life you desire. As you open yourself to a higher perspective you can then receive information about how you can manifest that life. The guided meditation will be followed by a sacred sound journey facilitated by Sharon and Alison using crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments to allow you to further explore your vision. At the end, you will have some time to write down your experience. Please bring a journal or paper to record your thoughts.
Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat, blanket, pillow, and other items you may require for your comfort. For example, some people like to use a scarf/bandana or eye mask to block out any ambient light. You may also bring your own zero gravity chair or a Back Jack style meditation chair if you wish. Regular chairs and a limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for those who cannot lie on a mat on the floor.
Doors open at 1:30 pm. The sound bath begins at 2:00 pm. Participants must arrive no later than 1:45 pm to allow time to get settled in before the sound bath begins.

Sharon is a sound healer, Shamanic practitioner, and Reiki Master. In her sound healing she combines the sound and vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and her voice. This blending of the transforming power of energy and sound vibrations promotes healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Alison is a sound healer & Reiki Master. As a healer, educator, artist & human, she believes all things are possible when we are connected to the unconditional love of source energy.
