New Years Reset Kundalini Intensive with Skye Lyric, a soulful escape to release, renew & relax.

Kundalini is the life force energy coiled at the base of the spine to be awakened to connect with you higher states of awareness. The practice can be physically intense allowing repressed emotions to release and your energy to flow freely throughout the entire body in order to achive bliss, vitality & unlocking you psychic gifts.

Step into a welcoming winter retreat at The Studio Cleveland to shed the old and make space for new momentum. Each day will include meditation, breathwork & intense physical activity to cleanse the mind, body and spirit. Reflective workshops and guided journaling to support intensive growth & self discovery. Chia seed pudding & fruits will be provided for breakfast and a veggie & lentil rice dish for dinner, we'll have a break to go out for lunch.
