108 Salutations, Yin to Zen ~ Start the first day of your 2026 with us at our New Year Manifestation 1/2 Day Retreat!Begin with 108 Sun Salutations to cleanse, energize and center using any variation that supports your body and mala beads to keep count and stay grounded in your breath.
Then drop into guided journaling and Manifestation to clarify what you are calling in for the year ahead and anchor your intentions with clarity and purpose.
From there, unwind with slow, meditative Yin Yoga to release tension and create space in the body and mind followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to integrate your intentions in a state of profound relaxation.
The experience closes with a soothing Sound Bath where calming vibrations from the crystal and Tibetan bowls help you release what no longer serves you and seal your intentions in peace and harmony.
