New Years Journey to Wellbeing

Come join us for a New Years Rejuvenation!!!

Harnessing the healing energy of 2025, being a numerology 9 year, Emma and Lu will guide everyone through a full evening journey of Conscious Connection to the Body, Mind & Spirit – they key facets of our lived experience.

The flow of the evening:

We will commence our social networking circle with a check in and setting our intention for the session.

Heart Meditation will follow, connecting to the authentic self and inviting the infusion of more love and healing light into your life.

We will then move into Interactive Connection Practices to deepen connection with Self & Other, sharing space with wholeness, equality and love.

Connecting to the body, we will practice Qigong, a gentle movement meditation practice that enhances vitality and supports mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

The Breath is our connection to the divine, we will participate in breathwork to calm and soothe the central nervous system.

Lie down and relax as we move into an Energy Healing infused Sound Journey. Lu will facilitate her unique style of intuitive palm healing blending Reiki and other various styles using her hands in a non-contact approach through space, working one receiver by one. Her healing hands will foster powerful release, deep relaxation and calm throughout the body and mind of receivers. This will be conducted amidst a magical Sound Journey with soothing tones of crystal bowls facilitated by Emma. Feel cleansed and rejuvenated as you invite in new consciousness for you to step into your next evolution of self.

We conclude with a check in circle where you are invited to share feedback about your experience of the night.

What to bring?:

- warm clothes for the evening

- blanket to keep warm during the Energy Healing

- a yoga mat or towel to lie down for Energy Healing

- a bottle of water

- you and your beautiful SMILE :)

Important note:

- WET & WINDY WEATHER- for outdoor venues, if it rains or there are strong winds, the session will be held at a venue to be confirmed prior to the vent.

Lu

Lu is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader and a gifted Energy Healer who taps into divine vibrations to help bring relaxation and calm to the body, mind and spirit. Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Busselton and Sydney.

Lu is also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer & Enneagram Facilitator. Lu's mission is to help heal the world from human suffering and empower people in going deep within to rediscover their internal powers and lead them into a journey of success and personal evolution.

Emma

With over 12 years of experience on a personal healing journey and deep knowledge in sound therapy, Emma is a dedicated certified Breathwork and meditation facilitator. Guiding others to connect back with themselves through practices that harness inner transformation, where healing and self-discovery intertwine. Emma's mission is to help individuals tap into their authentic selves and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace.
