Created by The Pig & Whistle chef team, the sumptuous New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu is packed with local, seasonal flavours from the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside and coastline. With eight delicious courses, you’ll sample the best that the local area has to offer, in true field to fork style.
The New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu is £115 per person. Why not add on the paired Drinks flight (£49 per person), featuring hand-picked wines and cocktails to perfectly complement your meal?
Extend your celebrations with an overnight stay at the Manor. The exclusive New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu & Stay package includes the Tasting Menu for two, an overnight stay in a standard double room and breakfast on New Year’s Day, for £350 per couple. (Single Occupancy £220 per person).
