the final sunset of 2025…a quiet moment to breathe out the year,
and let go of whatever you don’t want to carry into 2026.
if you’re ending this year feeling tired, stretched thin or just craving a moment to yourself, this session is for you.
together we’ll slow the body, steady the mind and move through a simple guided practice to release the thoughts, habits or heaviness that have been weighing you down.
no pressure. no perfection. just a gentle space to pause and reset before the year turns.
what to expect
• a grounding meditation to settle the body
• a mindful letting-go practice to clear space inside
• time to breathe, soften and reconnect with yourself
• a follow-up email with a simple tool you can use anytime life gets loud
what to bring
a yoga mat (if you have one)
water
a light blanket or shawl
a journal if you’d like to jot anything down after the session
