New Years Eve Sound Bath

Can you join us on December 31st for a New Year ritual. We’ll reflect on the experiences of 2024, expressing gratitude for what has served us and gently releasing what which no longer aligns with us. We will spend time focusing on what we want to create in 2025. I will guide you with a practice to manifest our dreams and intentions. Then we will use the power of sound to release and focus on what we want to create in 2025. This will be a powerful ritual full of intention so we can be prepared for the year to come.

Please spend some time in advance preparing for our New Year Ritual thinking about the past and future what no longer serves, something your inner reserves

After the Sound Journey, we will be serving soup for those who would like to stay and connect.

Doors will open at 2:30 and we will begin at 3pm. We will end between 5:30 and 6:00.

What to bring:

yoga or camping mat. blanket and pillow. somthing to cover eyes. bottle of water.

For the ritual please bring a PEN, we will provide paper.

We look forward to being in sacred space with you.
