The physical yoga and meditation is easy enough for everyone, elders and older children alike.Start with warmups and a meditation to remove those things that need to go! Then comes the physical yogic journey to clear the chakras; it’s easy, and yet it has a very powerful effect and leaves you feeling light, pleasantly energized and clear. Next, unravel your Samskaras (energetic knots) with the mesmerizing and immersive vibrations of FIVE (or more) gorgeous Gongs and Chimes, and journey into inner space.
All the above has prepared you for the final, guided meditation to create (“beam”) the new you that will enter 2026 with a blank slate full of possibilities!
