Ring in 2026 with Chef JM Canlas — formerly of MILA Omakase, the highest-grossing restaurant in America — for an intimate 15-dish omakase experience at Kapow Boca Raton.

This is also your first look at MINŌ, Boca Raton's upcoming members-only omakase and sake bar.

Five courses. Three caviars. White and Burgundy truffle. Hokkaido uni. O-toro. A5 Wagyu. Welcome cocktail included.

Two Seatings:

• 6:30pm
• 9:00pm (includes complimentary champagne toast at midnight)

Limited to 10 seats per seating. Kapow's full à la carte menu is also available — bring your crew even if they're not doing omakase.
WHAT TO KNOW:

• Gratuity is not included in the price of the ticket. It is optional but you will have an opprtunity to leave gratuity at the event.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your seating. This is a set-time experience — please be mindful of the guests joining you at the counter.
• The experience lasts approximately 90–120 minutes.
• Dress like you mean it. We're fashion-forward, not fashion-pretentious.
• Valet parking is available at the front entrance ($10, independently operated).
