Guided by Julie, co-founder of Soul Strong Yoga, and Jessica, founder of Sound for Stress, this 120-minute immersive experience combines meditation, sound healing, and mindful reflection to create a powerful, rejuvenating transition into 2025. Julie and Jessica, co-authors of Seasons of Sound: Sound Healing for All of Life’s Seasons, will lead you through a calming sound healing experience, using the vibrational power of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more healing instruments to clear energy from the past year and to make space for the journey ahead.
