Wear your brightest neon and white to glow all night at the Kid’s Glow Party sponsored by Capital Blue Cross! There will be several free glow activities including face painting, balloon animals, a craft, snacks, a balloon drop at 10 pm, and more! The fun starts at 9pm on Tuesday, December 31 inside City Hall at 10 N 2nd Street and runs until midnight. Admission and all activities are free.
The strawberry drop and fireworks display will take place right beside City Hall at midnight. There are also several dining specials happening throughout the City. PARKING - metered street parking is free in the Downtown area after 5pm. The Market Square Garage is $10 from 7pm-5am courtesy of Park Harrisburg.
ROAD CLOSURES - 2nd Street will be closed from Chestnut to Walnut Street from 6pm-12am. The Market Street Garage will still be accessible.
