Step behind the curtain and into the Roaring ’20s this New Year’s Eve as Roost 374 transforms into a Great Gatsby–inspired speakeasy gala. Expect a memorable night of craft cocktails, casino thrills, delicious bites, and vintage glamour as we count down to 2025 in true Roost fashion.Your evening kicks off with expertly crafted cocktails and a spread of savory appetizers. Guests will receive drink tickets (3) and Roost 374 “play money” to test their luck at blackjack and roulette—rack up winnings throughout the night and claim exclusive prizes before the clock strikes midnight.
As midnight approaches, we’ll gather for a celebratory champagne toast to welcome the new year. Prizes will be awarded to the evening’s biggest winners, so don’t forget to hit the tables.
