It is the most wonderful time of the year again! The holidays always offer a cleansing of the spirit and a sweet, gentle shove into the brand-new year!To mark that gentle shove, Chef loves to play around in the fine dining world! He has planned out a charming and creative 3-course dining experience for all of you food enthusiasts!
The menu:
Course 1: Starter
- Hot, Spiced Apple & Cheese Salad

Course 2: Entree
- Beef Tenderloin, Au Poivre & Red Wine Reduction, Whipped Yukon Gold, Bacon-Balsamic Blue Cheese Brussel Sprouts
