Second Course: Lobster Tacos Tan – lobster tail bites black bean purée chile de árbol sauce avocado lime 

Third Course: Hamachi Maracuya Tiradito – fresh hamachi passion fruit leche de tigre cancha corn red onion pico de gallo cilantro-infused oil black salt

Fourth Course: Choice of NYE Mignon Steak or Wood-Grilled Halibut
