New Year's Eve Celebration Dinner

Ring in 2026 with an unforgettable culinary experience at VineCrafters. Our chef-crafted four-course dinner showcases farm-fresh ingredients and a luxurious Texas- Italian themed menu.

We will enjoy live upbeat music from local great Cheryl Kewley and That GOAT Band and end with a mini fireworks display and a Sparkling Texas wine toast.

Upon arrival, you'll enjoy free wine tastings and a glass of your favorite wine and then be seated to enjoy dinner.

The Menu

First Course: Striped Cushaw Soup - A velvety farm-to-table squash soup made from our estate grown squash, perfectly seasoned with curry and cilantro to open the evening.

Second Course: Winter Harvest Salad - Crisp lacinato kale tossed with estate grown artisan greens, cranberries, and toasted pecans, with house made shallot vinaigrette.

Third Course: - Hearty Italian Lasagna with rich layers of beef, ricotta and mozzarella and soft Italian rolls.

Fourth Course: Assorted Desserts to close the year on a sweet note.

You also will enjoy free wine tastings, a first glass of your choice of wine and a glass of house sparkling wine to end the evening.
