Carrots, mushrooms, spinach and sunflower seeds with a carrot, orange and ginger spiced marmalade wrapped in a puff pastry, served with rainbow carrots, baby leeks, herb roasted potatoes and vegetable gravy

Lemon secret topped with white chocolate and lime cream. Served with lemon curd and chocolate quenelle
