New Years Eve at Uchiko Austin

Reservations are live for New Year's Eve at Uchiko Austin. In addition to their regular menu, Uchiko is featuring a special ten course omakase for two at $375. 

To note: On New Year's Eve there will be no To Go or Happy Hour available.

• Amuse Bouche - Hen of the woods, mushroom tart, egg yolk custard.
• Oyster - Yuzu champaign gel, caviar, Szechuan oil 
• Grape Crudo - Kombujime hirame, smoked grapes, cucumber yogurt zu 
• Tempura shallots - Braised shallots, horseradish creme fraiche, trout roe
• Crab arancini - Thai basil pesto, nduja foam
• Pork and shrimp dumpling - Koji szechuan cacio e pepe, bottarga,

• A5 Wagyu ribeye - Truffle pickled enoki, daikon tsuma, beef brodo
