New Year's Day Yoga

Local Yoga Instructor Julie Sanchez will guide us through breathing exercises and poses for beginners and mat masters alike. Sleep in from your New Year’s Eve celebrations and join us from noon – 1pm to start the year with a healthy accomplishment!

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing.

This class is the grand finale of our 12 Days of Fitmas series! *Sign up for our email list below, and each day from December 20 – 31. You’ll receive a video in your inbox with Julie guiding you through a yoga pose. At the end of the 12 days, we’ll put all of those poses together for an in-person yoga class!
