**Our New Years Day Vision Board Class is Back**with Yoga, Live Music, Intention Setting, Ceremony, and of course vision board crafting with all the supplies!**
Description
Set your New Year's Intention in an all levels heart-centered yoga class with live Music!
Spend the first hour cleansing and clearing out the old energies from last year and beyond and create space in our mind, body, spirit for a new intentions, manifestations and higher consciousness that will allow us to create a deeper connection to Spirit, Love, Abundance, and Flow in this upcoming year.
After class, we will create our vision boards for 2026 and forward. We use pictures, cut-outs, post cards, images, words, etc., that depict what we see in our heart to be helpful to us on our path. By placing the images on the board to see all the time, we begin to bring the energy of these concepts into our consciousness. And by holding these energies in our consciousness, we begin to bring them into our tangible reality. You are the thoughts you hold in your head. Intention is everything :)
All supplies are provided: board, scissors, glue, magazines for cut-out.
If you have any pics, quotes, images of your own that you would like to add please bring them, and crafting supplies you might like to bring along to help embellish your board are encouraged.
Class and crafting is from 1-4pm
