Dust off the cobwebs and kick off the New Year with SWIFTY MONDAYS!
We'll replicate our usual 6.5km Monday evening run to start the year the same way we like to start our week!
We let runners find their own pace within the group and, each week, someone volunteers to bebour TAIL RUNNER, bringing up the rear of the group making sure no one is left behind.
