Start 2026 with a 60 minute Power Sculpt class led by Fit Pros Jacquelyn and Becca. It's our only class of the day. These two power house instructors will start your new year off with their signature strength and power.

💪Sunday's at 11am are back for the months of January & February.
💪Our newest personal training class, Elevate, is back beginning January 5th at 6pm.
