lightness of being that comes with a job-well-done and the delightful Gong relaxation and meditation after!
The class materials (copy of yoga set and meditations) will be provided if you’d like to continue practicing them.
What Props Do I need? Yoga strap, blanket, block and bolster. Cityoga has props you can borrow, but they are limited, so bring your own if you have them.
