Give your household the gift of a healthy, happy, clearing, and hopeful New Year’s Eve. The evening is designed to set aside habits, beliefs and non-promoting behaviors while meditating and “beaming” your most desired future. The physical yoga and meditation is easy enough for everyone, elders and older children alike, and is early enough to allow for late dinners and parties.
Start with a meditation to remove those things that need to go! Then experience a physical yogic journey to clear the chakras, which should leave you light, pleasantly energized and clear. Next, unravel your Samskaras (energetic knots) with the mesmerizing and immersive vibrations of FOUR gorgeous Gongs, and journey into inner space. All the above has prepared you for the final, guided meditation to create (“beam”) the new you that will enter 2025 with a blank slate, open to opportunities.
No previous experience is required. Bring a sleeping bag or mat and light covering for your comfort on the floor. A few chairs are available if you need to sit. Children that can sit quietly for 90 minutes are welcome. Stay after for Yogi Tea and community time.
