This year, rather than cancelling a practice that fell on New Years Eve, we asked the Church's permission to have it the afternoon of New Year's Day.
With extended hours during a day when almost everyone is off from work, this is a great opportunity to start the New Year right, with friends and fun. There will be a potluck: bring a dish to share! There will be five hours of practice: bring a friend or two to armor up for fencing or ratan!
Think of this as an open house. If you cannot make the full day please stop in when you can!
HOURS: 1:00 - 5:00 PM
RATAN: Yes!
FENCING: Yes! Pending a Marshal (if you can Marshal this event, please reach out to Magdalena and Karl)
POTLUCK: Yes! Bring a dish or two to share
