Join us as we move together through this cleansing and energizing experience. Sun Salutations warm the body, clear the mind, and awaken renewed vitality as we greet a brand-new cycle.
Why 108?
In the yogic tradition, 108 is an auspicious number and has many symbolic meanings, including:
• 1 represents everything
• 0 represents nothing
• 8 represents infinity
We’ll move through 4 sets of 27 Sun Salutations, pausing between rounds for water and rest.
