It's- Me- Mondays! Commit to self-care in 2026. Join us in a 4 week Mondays, all levels yoga series. A 1 hour practice. All yoga equipment provided. We will work on developing strength, flexibility and encourage relaxation. Space is limited. (Secure your spot before we sell out.) Cost $80 for entire series.
