New Year Yoga Retreat Day January 2025 With Cacao Ceremony - Cheltenham

We are kicking off this serene yoga retreat day by releasing the events of the past year. The day will feature an invigorating Hatha flow, a restorative Yin Yoga flow, and plenty of time for meditation. Welcome refreshments will be provided to ensure you settle in comfortably for our day ahead.

Practice being present with our fulfilling and relaxing meditation session. Afterwards, enjoy a mindful walk around Cheltenham's beautiful Pittville Park and lakes, taking the time to truly be present in our surroundings and feel grateful for being in nature.

We will be spending the afternoon focusing on our goals for the year, and then we'll enjoy a special Cacao ceremony that will help elevate our mood. Cacao is a powerful plant that can facilitate spiritual growth, healing, and connection, which is the focus of the ceremony.
