These gatherings are a gentle invitation for women to step away from the busyness of everyday life and return to themselves. No experience is needed - this is a chance to breathe, connect, and create alongside a community of women doing the same. Space is limited for each workshop; registration is required. New Year Workshop: $25 per person
Sunday, January 4th 2026 6-7:30 pm in the Center for Rural History
This workshop starts with a mindful session combining relaxing yoga poses, guided meditation and sound bath to support restoration for our bodies and minds. Then we’ll explore and reflect on the meaning of the new year with herbal tea, followed by some guided intention setting.
