Tapping & World Music Sound Bath for the New YearLed by Alisa G. Woods, PhD, LMHC

with Benjamin Mambou, guitarist and African world-music artist.
Step into the New Year with intention, release, and renewal.
This one-hour experience combines EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also called tapping) with the rich, organic sounds of world music—guitar, cello, sanza, and African seed percussion—creating a space for emotional clearing, grounding, and renewal as we welcome 2025.
✨ Part One – Group Tapping for Release (First 15 Minutes)
We’ll begin with a guided tapping sequence to gently stimulate acupressure points while using affirming phrases. This mind-body practice helps ease stress, release stored tension, and open your heart to new possibilities in the year ahead.
✨ Part Two – World Music Sound Bath
After tapping, rest and receive the flowing resonance of live music led by Alisa and Benjamin. Cello harmonies blend with guitar, sanza, Tibetan and crystal bowls and natural seed percussion to evoke the rhythms of the Earth—grounding your body, calming your mind, and inviting deep restoration.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
Part three is a mini-concert featuring original music by Benjamin Mambou.
No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to begin the year in balance.
