Join us for a transformative at Pumua Village, meditation practice center for New Year retreat in the breathtaking landscapes of Kenya, where you can reconnect with yourself through meditation and immerse yourself in the rich local culture. Arriving on December 30th in the afternoon, you will be warmly welcomed as you step into a serene environment designed for reflection and rejuvenation.
The retreat will officially begin with a shared dinner, followed by our first evening of meditation and practice.
Throughout the retreat, you will engage in daily meditation sessions that foster mindfulness and presence, allowing you to set intentional goals for the coming year.
These activities will be facilitated by an experienced guide who has spent over 10 years as a zen monk, enriching your practice with profound wisdom and insight.
One of the highlights of our program will be a unique visit to a Maasai community on January 1st, where you will have the opportunity to learn about their traditions, values, and way of life. This experience not only enriches your understanding of the local culture but also deepens your sense of connection to the nature and the world around you.
As the retreat concludes on January 2nd, we will embark on an unforgettable safari, where you can witness the incredible wildlife that Kenya has to offer. This journey provides a perfect blend of inner exploration and outer adventure, making this New Year’s celebration truly special.
