We are thrilled to bring you an amazing line-up for our New Year Taster Day, on Sat 11th January, 9am-5pm.If you are curious about Breathwork, not sure whether to choose Yoga or Pilates, or perhaps you're keen to experience Shamanic Drumming, then why not try a taster session (or a few?!). For a small fee, you can experience new classes, meet the instructors, ask questions, and try something before committing to a regular session. We have something for everyone.
