Sound Bath to welcome in the New Year!
Join 300 Hour Student Teacher, Marcy, for a magical hour of sound healing.
Sound healing has a profound affect on the mind releasing anxiety and anger. High frequency intentional sound vibration gently awakens the feelings of loving acceptance, mental clarity and ease and feelings of happiness. It's a powerful practice.
Students will be lying down receiving the sound healing for the full hour. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga props (bolsters, blankets) are available to use.
