Step into an afternoon of restoration and high-vibe connection with Mykel and special guests Alpine Aura. We will begin the afternoon with a chill, all-levels restorative yoga practice, led by Mykel, that blends gentle somatic movement and mindful breathwork to ease tension and ground your energy. Drift into a deeply restful Savasana, setting the stage for a soothing sound bath designed to harmonize your energetic body and support cellular healing.
After the sound bath, enjoy light refreshments and journaling time for integration. We will wrap up the afternoon with a trip to the Zen Den, where you’ll capture the radiant colors of your energy with Aura photos.
