Info: We’ll begin the evening by writing down intentions for 2026, creating space to release what did or didn’t serve you in 2025 before settling into the sound bath. This grounding practice helps clear the mind and set a focused, intentional tone for the experience.

There is no pressure to share. This is a quiet, personal moment guided gently and held in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Info: After intention setting, guests will be guided into a restorative sound bath designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Through layers of soothing sound and vibration, the body is invited to soften, the mind to quiet, and the breath to slow.

This is a passive, meditative experience… there is nothing to perform or perfect. You’re welcome to lie down, sit, or shift as needed throughout the session.

The space will be low-light, calm, and intentionally held to support rest and reflection.
