New Year Sound Bath & Intention Setting for 2026

Join us at the Irish School of Shamanic Studies for a two hour sound bath designed to support deep rest and clear intention as the new year begins.

This session offers a calm, held space to let go of what feels complete and to arrive into 2026 with steadiness and focus.

This is a small group session, limited to 12 participants.

What to Expect:

• Guided intention setting to clarify your vision for 2026
• Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and enhance presence
• Light, intuitive movement to release tension
• Extended sound bath journey with therapeutics sound frequencies
• Deep rest and integration time

No experience necessary - just bring an open heart and comfortable clothing.

Hosted by Aga, graduate of the Irish School of Shamanic Studies. Trained sound therapy practitioner and breathwork instructor.
