Join us for a manifestation workshop to embrace you...as you are! We will creaate a vision board that allows you to manifest more joy in your life.

Feel free to bring your favorite supplies or use ours! Edge has hosted this workshop for fifteen years, and I am delighted to see the vision boards progress into reality.

Some key things you are invited to journal on to prepare for this upcoming workshop include mindful movement, mindful eating, and mindful spending. Most folks struggle with things in their life that are out of balance. In this workshop, we will take some time to gather in sangha (community) and reflect on how we can find more balance.
