New Year Revolution

Join us for a gathering to honor the arrival of Spring in which we harness the energy of a new seasonal cycle to release and empower.In this three part gathering, we will begin with a tea ceremony to set our intentions for the evening - themes of releasing winter stagnation, releasing blockages (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical), finding strength in boundaries, and cultivating security in one's self.

Following the tea service, we will engage in somatic movement for tension release which will flow into an intro self defense training, with the intention to build strength and learn strategies that can be applied to any feat you tend to in life. Walk away feeling strength in our boundaries and bodies, confidence, vibrant awareness, and mindfulness. Expect to feel a fierce endorphin rush to cultivate the tenacity needed to move into spring in a fruitful way allowing room for growth and budding new opportunities for connection, as well as preparedness for the inevitable chaos of summer seasons.

Shortly after the movement and self defense strategies, a finale of a very nourishing communal sauna circle for warmth, decompression, and gentle detoxing. <3

Practiconers bios:

Haley Brandt*- Holds a 300 RYT training and studied dance on Broadway, NYC for 40 hours as a immersive on scholarship for survivors of D.V. She is certified in Trauma Informed Somatic Movement and is a practiconer of authentic movement. Haley has experience performing in burlesque and the creative arts, as well as her own personal practice of martial arts and tai chi. Her goal is to help liberate others from out dated stories by allowing their bodies to express them to be seen and witnessed. She also enjoys guding partcipants into creating new stories through creative expression.

Sasha Lamour*- I am a dedicated Boxing coach, NASM-CPT, & Holistic coach who combines years of championship experience with a deep commitment to Holistic Wellness. My journey began in the boxing world, where I earned multiple Golden Gloves championships & had the privilege of working alongside both former & current world champions. Sasha provides personalized training programs tailored to your unique needs & My commitment to your physical & health well-being is unshakable, & I am here to guide you towards achieving your goals with strength, stability, & confidence.

Quincy Brimstein*- is a Clinical Herbalist in training, who believes in sharing trusted herbal knowledge with anyone who is curious to learn. Her practice weaves in animist spirituality informed by her Celtic ancestral roots as a way to anchor the lessons of plants into the big narrative of life. Quincy believes herbalism is revolutionary work, inspiring resistance and also sovereignty. She is committed to sharing her healing knowledge for the betterment of the communities that she is a part of and looks forward to holding the tea ceremony.
