New Year, Reset You!

You know that expression, "New Year, New You?" Let's start the new year off with a RESTART YOU!

We are constantly working on ourselves and trying to be better than who we are currently. We tend to set intentions and expectations for ourselves that may not be easy to achieve (You know, those new year goals we never really finish?). After all, we are human! It's ok to have errors. It's ok to make mistakes and have flaws. Your failures do not define you! We are all learning and on a journey for creating a beautiful, safe space for ourselves.

Join us on Saturday, January 4th from 8am to 2pm at Bigelow Venue. That Ghostly Gal will be teaching you how to set healthy new intentions, learn to protect our energies from energy vampires, learn basic cord cutting, learn mindfulness exercises and so much more! (Ps. Sound bath will be involved 🩷)
