Hey everyone, I’m hosting my very first sound bath on January 18th, 2026 from 6:30PM-7:30PM, and I wanted to personally invite my family and friends.This time of year can feel overwhelming — holiday shopping, work, life, and just trying to keep up.
So I’m creating a peaceful space for us to slow down, breathe, and reset together.
If you’ve never been to a sound bath before, it’s simply a calming experience where you lay down, get comfortable, and let the gentle sounds of crystal bowls and soothing instruments help your body relax.
No experience needed — just come as you are.
I’ll be providing pillows and blankets, so all you
need to bring is a yoga mat and an open heart.
After you sign up, you’ll receive a short intake form.
Then I’ll send a follow-up email with a secure link to complete your spot.
