New Year, New You is a full-day retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create a future centered in self-care, balance, and purpose—so you can show up more fully for your family, your community, and the world.

Throughout the day, you’ll join a circle of like-minded women to explore the transitions so many of us are navigating: empty nests, career changes, shifting identities, and the challenge of managing stress while still holding space for others. Together, we’ll reflect on what you want the next chapter of your life to feel like, and begin shaping it with intention.

Music educator, TED speaker, and Berklee Professor Scarlet Keys, will guide you through a unique session on the soundtrack of your life. You’ll discover how music can serve as medicine—offering comfort on hard days, sparking inspiration, and enhancing your overall well-being. Scarlet will show you how to curate intentional playlists that support your emotional health and help you step into your next chapter with greater clarity and joy.

Through community, laughter, guided activities, and meaningful conversations, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and design a more vibrant, intentional path forward.
