I knew something had to change and let me tell I was VERY ANTI-WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY!

But I was uneducated about it and I needed to do something different—not as a quick fix, but as a tool to set myself up for success. I dove in, fully committed, and lost 120 lbs. and have kept it off.

Can I tell you that I did while grieving the loss of my dad and experiencing the worst working conditions of my professional career and NEVER stalled.

I show up for myself every single day, investing in my health, and learning how to make this journey easier and faster than ever.

Today, I live in a body I love, feel sexy and confident, and show up in life in ways I never thought possible like roller skating and experiencing true inner joy and peace.
